Lost Sister's Hat
Lost Sister's Hat
From Tsin Bikee’ Knits!
“This is a design has been titled Lost Sisters as a way to continue raising awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigeious Women throughout the United States and Canada. I’m honored to contribute this design to Sister’s United in an effort to support ongoing efforts to address this issue; hopefully this effort will reduce the loss of our Native women. I live near the Navajo Reservation and have heard about women missing; a close friend of mine recently lost a niece to violence. This issue is close to my heart and I hope I never have to face this directly. Triangles are commonly used to symbolize arrows. Arrows are used to point out a path or a direction. I hope that our Lost Sisters can find arrows that will direct them back home. Thank you Sister’s United for your work in trying to create arrows and bringing attention to this important issue.”
100% of the proceeds of the Lost Sister’s Hat goes to Sisters United!
